Truly cosy
On the first floor of a neighbourhood house, this studio has been fully renovated for two travellers — and a baby, on request. We were determined to preserve its soul: original ceiling beams, oak parquet, warm and cosy decor.
A proper double bed, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen so you can feel right at home. In the morning, fresh bread is just down the street; in the evening, the Solidor slipway and its terraces are a few steps away, and the sun sets over the estuary.

We are Priscille and Yan. We fell in love with this cosy nest and fully renovated the apartment. We wanted to preserve its charm and authenticity — its exposed beams and oak parquet — while giving our guests every comfort.
The district
Solidor, the Saint-Malo of the locals
A picturesque, authentic old sailors' quarter — away from the bustle of the walled city, yet a twenty-minute walk away. Its 14th-century tower watches over the cove, the beaches and the Cité d'Aleth: the locals' favourite spot for a drink on a terrace, facing the sun as it sets behind Dinard.
- The Tour Solidor
- A majestic 14th-century tower watching over the cove and the fishing harbour, the emblem of the district. You pass alongside it on the way to the slipway to watch the boats come in.
- The Bas-Sablons beach
- A large, sheltered sandy beach, 550 m from the studio, alongside the Bas-Sablons marina.
- The Corbières beach
- A hidden beach just 50 metres from the apartment, off the tourist radar and not to be missed.
- The Cité d'Aleth
- The jewel, just above: a walk and a unique 360° panorama over the sea, the ramparts of Saint-Malo and Dinard.

Saint-Malo
The corsair city, just a stroll away
It is what draws travellers from all over the world: the town closed behind its ramparts, the beaches that change their face with every tide, and the whole bay as a backdrop. From Solidor, you can reach the walled town on foot along the harbour, or by bus.
- The walled town and the ramparts
- The closed town, its granite streets and the full circuit of the ramparts, with the sea on one side and the rooftops of Saint-Malo on the other. Le Grand Bé can be reached on foot at low tide.
- The beaches: Le Sillon, Bon-Secours
- The great Sillon beach and its wooden breakwaters stretch out at the foot of the sea wall; on the ramparts side, Bon-Secours and its seawater pool.
- The great tides
- Among the strongest in Europe: the sea retreats far into the distance, then comes back to crash against the sea wall — a spectacle to be experienced several times a year.
- Cancale and the Mont-Saint-Michel
- To the east of the bay, Cancale and its oyster beds; a little further on, the Mont-Saint-Michel — two classic day trips.

Before you unpack
What time can I check in?
Samuel, our concierge, welcomes you in person from 4 pm to 7 pm: just let us know your expected arrival time so Samuel can greet you properly. Check-out is before 11 am.
Can I arrive late?
Up to 9 pm, yes: after 7 pm, you let yourself in with the key box. Arrivals after 9 pm aren't possible — please bear this in mind when planning your journey.
Is bed linen provided?
Bed linen and towels aren't included, but are available on request: €15 per person, handled and invoiced by our concierge (Samuel), paid on site.
Is there a cleaning fee?
Yes: €30, already included in the total shown in the summary.
Is the security deposit a card hold?
Yes: the €350 is a hold placed on your card on arrival day. Nothing is charged unless damage is found.
When is the security deposit returned?
Since nothing is charged, there's nothing to refund: your bank releases the hold no later than 7 days afterwards.
How does payment work?
Securely: 25% when you book, then the remaining 75% charged automatically to the same card on arrival day. There's nothing to pay on site for your stay.
